Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system.
  • Defined configuration specifications and business analysis requirements and performing quality assurance 
  • Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
  • Creating detailed business requirements, operating comfortably within agile methodology, converting business and system’s requirements to user stories, adding acceptance criteria with given, when, then scenarios.
  • Defining reporting and alerting requirements and developing relationships with partners, collaborating to optimize and enhance integration
  • Work with stakeholders from business units, our technical partners and relevant third parties to gather project and record user requirements for the data warehouse and subsequent reporting.
  • Confer with data processing or project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities for data processing projects.
  • Develop and implement scripts, programs and related processes to collect, manage and publish DEV and PROD metadata from data models
  • Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design systems and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
  • Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance.
  • Developed reports providing new insights from old processes; utilized advanced analytics tools to derive more insight from the data
  • Coordinate installation of software system.
  • Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design.
  • Determine system performance standards.
  • Develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures, programming, or documentation.
  • Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
  • Proficient in writing test cases for the functional requirements on crew, flight attendants and pilots and assisting in test vases development, review and execution of the test scenarios and support all the users and stakeholders during testing activities 
  • Collaborate and communicate key insights and findings effectively with the product team
  • Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, or security needs to determine hardware configuration.
  • Helping in designing, documenting and maintaining system processes along with discovering issues and delivering better value to the customer
Minimum Education Requirement: 
This position requires, at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or advanced educational background equating to the U.S. equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
