Some insights into Uzair Tayyab's background as a Payroll & Immigration Operations Manager
I come from a finance and accounting background, and began my professional journey with a strong academic foundation from one of Pakistan’s leading institutions “ICMAP” where I gained deep knowledge in financial systems and cost management and implementation of Automation into Financial Systems. I started my career in 2018 as a Financial Analyst, and through dedication and performance, I was promoted to Deputy Manager Finance by 2020.In 2022, I Joined VITS Consulting Corp, where I currently serve as a Payroll & Immigration Operations Manager. Over the past 3 years, I have not only handled/Supervised end-to-end payroll and immigration operations, but also led successful PowerApps automation initiatives that replaced manual processes and improved departmental efficiency. My journey reflects continuous growth, resilience, and a passion for innovation in every role I take on.

What does Uzair Likes and Dislikes:
I enjoy peaceful walks, Learning Leadership Skills, thinking creatively about new ideas, traveling with family, helping others, enjoying delicious food and I genuinely believe in respecting my seniors and learning from them. I try to stay away from unnecessary delays, disorganized work environments, negative attitudes, and situations where mutual respect is lacking especially when it comes to teamwork and discipline.

What Do Uzair Do:
I manage end-to-end payroll and immigration tasks for our US operations. From accurate payroll execution and compliance reporting to coordinating visa processes, I ensure smooth workflows. I’m also actively contributing to automation by collaborating with our PowerApps developer to digitize manual operations.

What Uzair is Passionate About:
I am passionate about creating smart, automated solutions that reduce manual effort and boost accuracy. My goal is to become a true expert in payroll, immigration, and business process automation helping organizations operate more efficiently, while continuing to grow personally and professionally through learning and innovation.
