Welcome to VITS

Hi everyone! I’m excited to join the team. I bring over 14 years of experience in technology sales and consulting, where I’ve focused on building strong client relationships and helping organizations find the right talent to meet their goals. I recently took a couple of years away from the workforce to stay home with my daughter, and I’m energized to be back and reconnecting with my network.
In my role, I partner with clients to understand their business needs and connect them with high-quality consulting and staffing solutions across a variety of IT initiatives. I love helping teams move faster and more effectively by finding the right people for the job.
I’m passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting others in their careers, and delivering real value to the organizations I work with. Outside of work, I enjoy mountain biking, animal rescue, and equestrian sports—especially dressage and jumping—as well as supporting causes related to social justice.
